2. Definitions
- Store – the GARDINALE online store operating at www.gardinale.com.
- Seller – Gardinale Sp. z o.o.
- Customer – a natural or legal person making purchases in the Store.
- User Account – an optional account that allows the Customer to track order history and place future orders more quickly.
3. Scope of Services
The Store sells:
- dietary supplements,
- plant extracts.
Sales are directed to adults (18+) throughout the EU. Shipping outside the EU may become available in the future.
4. Creating a User Account
- An account is optional. A purchase can be completed without registration.
- The account allows the Customer to view order history and place orders more quickly.
- The Customer may delete the account at any time by sending an e-mail to: team@gardinale.com.
- Account data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR).
5. Payment Terms
- The Seller provides electronic payment methods through the operator mBank S.A. (the detailed range of methods depends on the operator’s current offer).
- Traditional bank transfer and card payment are also available.
- Payment should be made before the goods are shipped.
6. Delivery Terms
- Orders in Poland are processed within 2 business days from the date the payment is credited.
- Orders within the EU are usually processed within 5-14 business days, depending on the country and carrier.
- In the case of shipping outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by customs authorities.
- Delivery is carried out via courier services (DPD, GLS, InPost) or InPost parcel lockers. Details will be confirmed when placing the order.
7. Returns Policy
- The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Returns apply only to unopened products.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
- The Seller does not require the use of a return form – the Customer may send a withdrawal statement by e-mail to: team@gardinale.com.
- After receiving the return, the Seller promptly refunds the amount due to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
8. Consumer Rights
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened or used in a way that prevents further sale in accordance with food regulations.
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of product defects, in accordance with applicable EU and Polish law.
9. Seller’s Liability
- The Seller is not liable for the effects of using dietary supplements – the products do not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by random events beyond its control.
10. Final Provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on the Store’s website and will apply from the moment of publication.
