1. Seller Information

2. Definitions

  • Store – the GARDINALE online shop at www.gardinale.com.
  • Seller – Gardinale Sp. z o.o.
  • Client – any individual or legal entity purchasing products in the Store.
  • User Account – optional account enabling order history tracking and faster future purchases.

3. Scope of Services

The Store sells:

  • dietary supplements,
  • plant extracts.
    Sales are intended for adults (18+) within the European Union. Worldwide shipping may be added in the future.

4. Creating a User Account

  1. The account is optional. Customers may place orders without registration.
  2. The account allows viewing order history and faster checkout.
  3. The Client may request account deletion by email at team@gardinale.com.
  4. Account data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR).

5. Payment Terms

  1. The Seller provides electronic payment methods via mBank S.A. (availability depends on the provider).
  2. Traditional bank transfer and card payment are also available.
  3. Payment must be made before the goods are shipped.

6. Delivery Terms

  1. Orders within Poland are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.
  2. EU orders are usually delivered within 5–14 business days, depending on the country and carrier.
  3. For shipments outside the EU, the Client is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.
  4. Deliveries are made via courier services (DPD, GLS, InPost) or InPost Parcel Lockers.

7. Return Policy

  1. The Client may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. Returns apply only to unopened products.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.
  4. No return form is required — the Client may send a statement via email.
  5. After receiving the returned goods, the Seller will promptly refund the payment.

8. Consumer Rights

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened or used in a way that prevents resale under food law.
  • The Client has the right to submit a complaint in the event of product defects under EU and Polish law.

9. Seller’s Liability

  • The Seller is not responsible for the effects of dietary supplement use — products do not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or unforeseeable events.

10. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms. Updates will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.
  2. These Terms apply from the moment they are published on the Store’s website.
