• The store sells dietary supplements and plant extracts.
• The store offers its products to customers throughout the EU. Shipping outside the EU may become available in the future.
• Wholesale resale is prohibited without the Seller’s consent.

2. Payment terms

1. The store offers the following payment methods:
   • traditional bank transfer,
   • card payment,
   • electronic payments via the operator mBank S.A. (the detailed range of methods depends on the operator’s current offer).
2. Payment should be made before the goods are shipped.
3. In the event of payment problems, the customer is asked to contact us by e-mail at: team@gardinale.com or by phone at: +48 883 255 355.

3. Delivery terms

1. Orders in Poland are usually processed within 2 business days from the date the payment is credited.
2. Orders within the EU are processed within 5-14 business days, depending on the country and carrier.
3. Delivery is carried out via courier companies (DPD, GLS, InPost) or InPost parcel lockers.
4. In the case of shipping outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by customs authorities.
5. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by unforeseen events.

4. Returns / withdrawal from the contract

1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Returns apply only to unopened products.
3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
4. The Seller does not require the use of a return form – the customer may send a statement by e-mail to: team@gardinale.com.
5. After receiving the returned goods, the Seller refunds the amount due to the customer’s indicated account without delay, in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. The products are dietary supplements – they do not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment, and they should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

5. Final provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the above terms. Changes will be published on the store’s website and will apply from the moment of publication.
2. The terms and conditions apply from the moment they are published on the store’s website.
