  • The store provides products to customers across the EU. Shipping outside the EU may become available in the future.

2. Payment Terms

  1. The store offers the following payment methods:
    • traditional bank transfer,
    • card payment,
    • electronic payments via mBank S.A. (the available methods depend on the operator’s current offer).
  2. Payment must be completed before the goods are shipped.
  3. In case of any payment issues, the customer is asked to contact: team@gardinale.com or by phone: +48 883 255 355.

3. Delivery Terms

  1. Orders within Poland are usually processed within 2 business days after the payment is posted.
  2. Orders within the EU are processed within 5–14 business days, depending on the country and the carrier.
  3. Deliveries are made via courier services (DPD, GLS, InPost) or InPost Parcel Lockers.
  4. For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by customs authorities.
  5. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events.

Returns / Withdrawal from the Contract

  • A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Returns apply only to unopened products.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • The Seller does not require a return form — the customer may send a declaration by email to: team@gardinale.com.
  • After receiving the returned goods, the Seller refunds the payment to the customer’s bank account without delay, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • The products are dietary supplements — they do not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment and should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

5. Final Provisions

  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. Any changes will be published on the store’s website and shall apply from the moment of publication.
  • The Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are published on the store’s website.
